Exchanges and Returns

We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from LovedGadgets.com. If you need to exchange or return a product, please follow these guidelines:

Contact us via email support@lovedgadgets.com within 07 calendar days after receiving your order.
Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for your request.
Within 48 business hours, we will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

Exchange Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in its original packaging and show no signs of use.
All original packaging should be included.
The product must be packed securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
We do not accept exchanges for products damaged or modified by the customer.

Return of Purchase

A withdrawal of purchase must be requested within 24 hours after payment.
The product should not show any evidence of use.
All original packaging must be intact.
Packaging should be secure to prevent damage during return shipping.
Refunds will be accompanied by a receipt.

Address Errors

Once a package enters the shipping process, address changes are not possible.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the new shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In case of carrier-related delivery problems, we will request a new shipment, and the delivery period will restart.

Refund Information

Reimbursements for purchases made by card will be processed directly to the card used for payment.
