Requesting Exchanges and Returns

To initiate a product exchange or return, kindly contact us via email support@lovedgadgets.com within 07 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for your request.

Procedure and Instructions

Upon receiving your request, we will respond within 48 business hours with detailed instructions on how to proceed. For an exchange to be accepted, the product must be returned in its original packaging and without any signs of use.

Time Limit and Conditions

Please note the following conditions:

Failure to request an exchange or return within 07 days after receipt will result in the forfeiture of your exchange or return rights.
For exchange requests, customers are responsible for the round-trip freight.
Requests to withdraw a purchase must be made within 24 hours after payment.
Exchange/Return Criteria

For an exchange or return to be valid, the product must adhere to the following criteria:

The product must show no evidence of use.
All original packaging must be included.
The product must be securely packed to prevent damage during return.
We do not accept exchanges for products damaged or modified by the customer.


Address Error and Shipment


Once a package enters the shipping process, address changes are not feasible. In cases of package return to the sender due to incorrect address data, customers interested in reshipment will be responsible for the new shipping cost.

Lost or Delivery Problem

In case of loss or delivery issues caused by our carrier, a new shipment will be requested, and the delivery period will restart.

Refunds

Reimbursements are accompanied by a reversal receipt, with customers receiving their copy. For purchases made by card, refunds are processed directly to the card used for payment.
